我国企业如何保持持续成长能力——基于组织柔性和自主创新能力的fsQCA分析

摘要 数字化转型与企业技术自主创新是企业持续成长必须面对的实践问题,组织柔性与自主创新能力结合可以为破解此实践问题提供理论依据和实践启示。提炼组织柔性、自主创新能力维度,通过理论分析与fsQCA组态比较研究,发现企业实现持续成长的两个前因变量不同维度组态及其形成的资源单维柔性态、技术研发单维创新态、单因二维柔性态、单因二维创新态、两因资源-技术组合态和两因全维态6种模式路径。 Digital transformation and technological autonomy innovation are major practical problems that enterprises must face for their sustainable growth.The combination of organizational flexibility and independent innovation capability can provide theoretical basis and practical enlightenment for solving this practical problem.Extracting the dimensions of organizational flexibility and independent innovation capability,through theoretical analysis and comparative study of fsQCA configuration,the two antecedent variables with different dimensions of configuration for sustainable growth of enterprises,and the six model paths such as resource single-dimension flexibility state,technology research and development single-dimension innovation state,single-factor two-dimension flexibility state,single-factor two-dimension innovation state,two-factor resource-technology combination state and two factor full dimension state are found.
