Research on Scientific Connotation and Practical Path of New Quality Productive Forces—An Analysis Based on the Perspective of Production Factors

基于生产要素视角科学认识新质生产力,需要从马克思主义经典论述、新一轮科技革命和产业革命、中国式现代化的任务要求层面来分析。对生产力三要素进行剖析,解构新质生产力的构成要素,从“新”和“质”两方面理解新质生产力的科学内涵。大力发展新质生产力,必须把握其重要着力点,坚持教育、科技、人才一体推进,畅通教育、科技、人才良性循环,加快完善新型举国体制,健全要素参与收入分配机制,发展战略性新兴产业和未来产业。

Scientific understanding of new quality productive forces based on the perspective of production factors needs to be analyzed from the levels of Marxist classical discourse,a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution,and the task requirements of modernization with Chinese Characteristics.This paper analyzes the three elements of productive forces,deconstructs the components of new quality productive forces,and understands the scientific connotations of new quality productive forces from two aspects of“new”and“quality”.To vigorously develop new quality productive forces,its important focus must be grasped,the integration of education,science and technology as well as talents must be promoted,the virtuous cycle of education,science and technology as well as talents must be adhered,the improvement of new national system must be accelerated,the income distribution mechanism of factor participation must be improved,and strategic emerging industries and future industries must be developed.
