固结灌浆技术在放空洞围岩处理中的应用

摘要 两河口水电站大坝是我国300m级超高土石坝,泄洪系统布置于左岸,其中放空洞断面尺寸较大,围岩以Ⅲ类岩体为主,局部稳定性主要受结构面不利组合影响,为了提高围岩稳定性及结构安全,确保放空洞安全运行,设计采用固结灌浆进行加固处理。本文主要介绍了放空洞灌浆处理的施工方法及质量控制要点,灌浆成果符合灌浆一般规律,灌后各项检测数据满足设计要求,灌浆效果良好。工程实践证明,大型水工隧洞采用全断面固结灌浆处理技术,施工方法合理,技术可靠,可为其他工程的设计施工人员提供参考。 The Lianghekou Hydropower Station Dam is a super-high earth-rock dam of 300 meters class in China.The flood discharge system is arranged on the left bank,where the cross-section size of the spillway tunnel is large.The surrounding rock is mainly composed of Class III rock masses,and its local stability is primarily influenced by the unfavorable combination of structural planes.To enhance the stability of the surrounding rock and structural safety,ensuring the safe operation of the spillway tunnel,consolidation grouting is adopted in the design for reinforcement.This paper mainly introduces the construction method and key points of quality control for the grouting treatment of the spillway tunnel.The grouting results comply with general grouting principles,and post-grouting inspection data meet the design requirements,showing good grouting effects.Engineering practice has proven that the technology of full-section consolidation grouting for large hydraulic tunnels is reasonable and reliable.It can provide references for design and construction personnel of other projects.
