摘要
开展区域节水评价对于提升用水节水精细化管理水平、提高地区水资源利用效率具有重要意义。本文在不同区域节水评价方法对比分析的基础上,选取石家庄市作为典型评价地区,对《区域节水评价方法(试行)》(T/CHES 46—2020)进行应用,并对评价结果合理性进行了分析。结果表明:《区域节水评价方法(试行)》(T/CHES 46—2020)在总结已有节水评价标准基础上,在评价对象、指标选取、定额计算等方面有了突破,使评价结果更加真实准确;石家庄市用水节水处在较先进水平,综合得分为85.33分,综合得分率达到85.33%,农业、工业、服务业用水指标得分率情况与行业用水效率水平基本一致。评价结果较为准确地反映了石家庄市的节水工作投入与取得的成效,评价结果合理、可靠,与实际情况基本相符。研究结果可为进一步提高区域节水评价准确性提供技术支撑。
Conducting regional water-saving assessment is crucial for enhancing the level of refined management in water use and improving the efficiency of regional water resource utilization.Based on a comparative analysis of different regional water-saving assessment methods,this paper selects Shijiazhuang City as a typical evaluation area.It applies the Method of Regional Water Saving Assessment(Trial)(T/CHES 46-2020)and analyzes the rationality of the assessment results.The results show that T/CHES 46-2020,building on existing water-saving assessment standards,makes breakthroughs in evaluation objects,indicator selection,and quota calculation,making the assessment results more realistic and accurate.Shijiazhuang City ranks at a relatively advanced level in water-saving,with a comprehensive score of 85.33 points and a rate of 85.33%.The scoring rates of water use indicators in agriculture,industry,and the service sector are basically consistent with the level of water use efficiency in these industries.The assessment results accurately reflect the investment and achievements in water-saving in Shijiazhuang City,proving to be reasonable,reliable,and largely consistent with actual conditions.The results of this study can provide technical support for further improving the accuracy of regional water-saving assessment.
