可视化喉镜气管插管术与普通喉镜插管术的对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Visualization Technology for Tracheal Intubation and Conventional Laryngoscopic Intubation

探究可视化气管插管术与普通喉镜插管术的区别和应用价值。选取贵州省第三人民医院2022年5月—2023年8月期间收治的100例气管插管患作为研究对象,采用简单随机化分组方式将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用普通喉镜插管术,观察组采用可视化喉镜气管插管术,对比两组患者插管情况、不良反应发生率、患者满意情况、患者血流动力学指标、负面情绪。结果显示,观察组一次插管成功率高于对照组,插管耗时低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显较低(P<0.05);观察组满意度明显较高(P<0.05);观察组患者平均动脉压变化、心率水平明显较低(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分明显较低(P<0.05)。研究发现,对气管插管患者实行可视化气管插管术,能改善患者插管情况,提升患者满意度,减少患者不良反应发生率,改善患者血流动力学指标,调节患者负面情绪,具有较高临床推广应用价值。

Explore the differences and application value between visualization technology for tracheal intubation and conventional laryngoscopic intubation.100 patients with tracheal intubation admitted to the Third People’s Hospital of Guizhou Province from May 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a simple randomization method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional laryngoscopic intubation,while the observation group received visual laryngoscopic tracheal intubation.The intubation status,incidence of adverse reactions,patient satisfaction,hemodynamic indicators,and negative emotions of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the success rate of intubation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the intubation time was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05);The satisfaction level of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);The average arterial pressure and heart rate levels of the observation group patients were significantly lower(P<0.05);The anxiety and depression scores of the observation group patients were significantly lower(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing visualization technology for tracheal intubation patients can improve their intubation situation,increase patient satisfaction,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve hemodynamic indicators,regulate negative emotions,and have high clinical promotion and application value.
