铝镁匹林片(Ⅱ)联合阿托伐他汀钙在脑梗死治疗中的作用分析

Analysis of the Effect of Aluminum Magnesium Aspirin Tablets(II)Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

探讨铝镁匹林片(Ⅱ)联合阿托伐他汀钙在脑梗死治疗中的作用及其安全性。选取遵义市妇幼保健院2020年5月—2023年5月收治的40例脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和研究组,每组患者各20例。对照组服用阿托伐他汀钙片,研究组在此基础上服用铝镁匹林片(Ⅱ),从患者临床疗效、炎性因子指标和血脂指标的变化情况对比两组不同效果。结果显示,研究组临床治疗总有效率更高(P<0.05);治疗前两组炎性因子和血脂水平均无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后患者上述指标均有不同程度改善,研究组各项指标改善程度更显著(P<0.05)。研究发现,通过铝镁匹林片(Ⅱ)联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗脑梗死,可以改善患者的炎性因子指标,降低其血脂水平,证实联合治疗方法具有良好的临床效果,并且对患者的预后有着积极的影响,值得应用推广。

Exploring the role and safety of aluminum magnesium aspirin tablets(II)combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Forty patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Zunyi Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 20 patients in each group.The control group took atorvastatin calcium tablets,while the study group took aluminum magnesium aspirin tablets(II)on this basis.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor indicators,and blood lipid indicators of the two groups were compared in terms of changes.The results showed that the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in inflammatory factors and blood lipid levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indicators of patients improved to varying degrees,and the improvement of various indicators in the study group was more significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of aluminum magnesium aspirin tablets(II)and atorvastatin calcium can improve inflammatory factor indicators and reduce blood lipid levels in patients with cerebral infarction.This confirms that the combined treatment method has good clinical effects and a positive impact on the prognosis of patients,which is worthy of application and promotion.
