脑瘫儿童康复护理中游戏结合语言训练的应用效果研究

Research on the Application of Games Combined with Speech Training in Rehabilitation Nursing of Children with Cerebral Palsy

研究脑瘫儿童康复护理中游戏结合语言训练的应用效果。从贵阳市妇幼保健院2022年1月—2023年6月收治的脑瘫患儿中随机挑选70例为研究对象,并将其分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35),对照组使用常规语言训练,观察组使用游戏结合语言训练,对比两组患儿VerBAS评分、S-S法评分、患儿家属康复护理满意率、Gesell婴幼儿发育量表评分。结果显示,观察组患儿VerBAS评分、S-S法评分高于对照组(P<0.05),证明观察组患儿语言能力强于对照组;对比分析两组患儿家属康复护理满意率情况,观察组患儿家属康复护理满意率更高(P<0.05);观察组Gesell婴幼儿发育量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05),证明观察组患儿发育情况要明显好于对照组。研究发现,在脑瘫儿童康复护理中应用游戏结合语言训练,可以有效改善患儿语言功能和发育情况,具有较高的护理满意率,值得临床推广和应用。

Study the application effect of game combined with speech training in rehabilitation nursing of children with cerebral palsy.Seventy children with cerebral palsy admitted to Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly selected as the study subjects and divided into a control group(n=35)and an observation group(n=35).The control group received routine language training,while the observation group received a combination of games and language training.The VerBAS score,S-S method score,satisfaction rate of rehabilitation nursing of the patient’s family members,and Gesell scale score for infant and child development were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the VerBAS score and S-S method score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the language ability of the observation group was stronger than that of the control group;Comparative analysis of the satisfaction rate of rehabilitation care among the families of two groups of patients showed that the satisfaction rate of rehabilitation care among the family members of the observation group was higher(P<0.05);The Gesell infant development scale score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the development of children in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.Research has found that the application of games combined with language training in the rehabilitation care of children with cerebral palsy can effectively improve their language function and development,with a high nursing satisfaction rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
