低体温护理对高龄髋部骨折患者术后快速康复的影响研究

A Study on the Effect of Hypothermia Nursing on Postoperative Rapid Recovery of Elderly Patients with Hip Fractures

探讨低体温护理在高龄髋部骨折患者术后快速康复方面的价值。选取2022年6月—2023年6月芜湖市第一人民医院收治的74例高龄髋部骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各37例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受低体温护理,评价不同护理方法的应用效果。结果显示,护理后,观察组患者护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组Harris评分、ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,低体温护理可以降低手术并发症发生率,能够改善术后髋关节功能,有利于提升患者的生活质量,患者预后更好,值得在临床上进行推广和应用。

Exploring the value of hypothermia nursing in the rapid postoperative recovery of elderly patients with hip fractures.74 elderly patients with hip fractures admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Wuhu from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received hypothermia care,and the application effects of different nursing methods were evaluated.The results showed that after nursing,the overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications was lower in the control group(P<0.05);The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The Harris score and ADL score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that hypothermia care can reduce the incidence of surgical complications,improve postoperative hip joint function,and enhance the quality of life of patients.Patients have a better prognosis and are worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
