基于前馈控制的康复护理干预对ERCP术后的影响研究

Feedforward Control-based Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention for ERCP Postoperatively Impact Studies

研究在ERCP术后实施以前馈控制理念为核心的康复护理干预效果。选择兴义市人民医院2023年1月—2023年12月期间进行ERCP治疗的60例胆总管结石患者作为研究对象,利用组间基线资料匹配的原则将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各30例。对照组实施常规护理方案,试验组实施基于前馈控制的康复护理干预方案。对比两组患者术后恢复情况、并发症、生活质量及护理满意度等相关指标。结果显示,试验组患者的术中出血数量少于对照组;试验组患者术后首次进食时间、鼻胆管留置时间、住院时间等指标优于对照组;试验组患者出现并发症的概率低于对照组;试验组患者的生活质量评分优于对照组;试验组患者的护理满意度要高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在术后实施以前馈控制理念为核心的康复护理干预方案,能进一步改善患者术后的护理模式,提高患者及其家属的护理满意度,降低术后并发症的发生率。

To study the effect of the rehabilitation nursing intervention with the feedforward control concept as the core after ERCP.A total of 60 patients with common bile duct stones who underwent ERCP treatment in Xingyi People’s Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group,using the principle of baseline data matching between groups.The control group was given a routine nursing program,and the experimental group was given a rehabilitation nursing intervention program based on feedforward control.Postoperative recovery,complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the number of intraoperative bleeding in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the time offirst postoperative eating,the duration of nasobliary duct indwelling and the length of hospital stay in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,the probability of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the quality of life score of the patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the implementation of the rehabilitation nursing intervention program with the feedforward control concept as the core after surgery could further improve the postoperative nursing mode of patients,improve the nursing satisfaction of patients and their families,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
