以问题为导向的教学方法在妇科肿瘤临床教学示教中的应用效果研究

Research on the Application Effect of PBL Methods in Clinical Teaching Demonstration of Gynecological Tumors

分析以问题为导向的教学方法在妇科肿瘤临床教学示教中的应用效果。以在新疆医科大学第三临床学院接受临床妇科肿瘤临床教学的58名见习医学生为研究对象,行对比性带教研究,示教课程时间为2022年—2023年第二学期。将医学生随机分为研究组和参照组。参照组(n=28)采用传统授课教学法(LBL),研究组(n=30)采用以问题为导向的教学法(PBL),组间比较期中、期末科室理论、批判性思维能力评分。结果显示,研究组期末时理论均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组临床诊疗、领导能力、专业发展核心能力评分升高,均高于同期参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,妇科肿瘤临床教学实习中以问题为导向教学方法的应用,可在结合实习教学内容中重点、难点支持设置教学问题的基础上,积极培养医学生科室核心能力、批判性思维能力,优化临床教学效果。

Analyze the application effect of problem oriented teaching methods in clinical teaching demonstration of gynecological tumors.A comparative teaching study was conducted on 58 probationary medical students who received clinical teaching of gynecological oncology at the Third Clinical College of Xinjiang Medical University.The teaching course duration was from the second semester of 2022 to 2023.After randomly grouping medical students,the reference group(n=28)used traditional teaching method(LBL),while the research group(n=30)used problem oriented teaching method(PBL).Compare the theoretical and critical thinking ability scores of departments during the mid-term andfinal periods between groups.The results showed that at the end of the study period,the theoretical level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The clinical diagnosis and treatment,leadership ability,and core professional development ability scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group during the same period,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of problem oriented teaching methods in gynecological oncology clinical teaching internships can actively cultivate the core abilities and critical thinking abilities of medical students in the department,optimize clinical teaching effectiveness,and support the setting of teaching problems based on the key and difficult points in the internship teaching content.
