高压氧疗法对改善脑出血患者微创术后康复的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy on Improving the Postoperative Recovery of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage after Minimally Invasive Surgery

摘要 观察高压氧疗法对改善脑出血患者微创术后康复情况的临床效果。选取2022年6月—2023年6月医院收治的108例脑出血患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组(54例)和联合组(54例),常规组患者接受常规手术治疗,联合组患者接受高压氧辅助治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,治疗1周、两周后,联合组患者的脑水肿面积均小于常规组(P<0.05);治疗1周、两周后,联合组患者的NIHSS评分均低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组患者Vs、Vd、Vm指标水平均高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,联合组患者的SOD、GSH-px均高于常规组,MDA低于常规组(P<0.05);联合组患者的并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。研究发现,高压氧疗法能促进脑出血患者微创术后脑水肿及脑神经功能恢复,对减轻患者术后氧化应激反应有积极作用。 Observing the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on improving the postoperative recovery of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery.108 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a conventional group(54 cases)and a combination group(54 cases)using a random number table method.The conventional group received conventional surgical treatment,while the combination group received hyperbaric oxygen adjuvant treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment,the area of brain edema in the combination group was smaller than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);After one and two weeks of treatment,the NIHSS scores of patients in the combination group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of Vs,Vd,and Vm indicators in the combination group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);After treatment,the SOD and GSH px of patients in the combination group were higher than those in the conventional group,while MDA was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05);The overall incidence of complications in the combination group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that hyperbaric oxygen therapy can promote postoperative brain edema and recovery of brain nerve function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery,and has a positive effect on reducing postoperative oxidative stress response in patients.
