宫外孕患者的心理特点及护理干预效果评估

Psychological Characteristics of Patients with Ectopic Pregnancy and Evaluation of Nursing Intervention Effects

研究宫外孕患者的心理特点及护理干预效果。选取贵州省仁怀市中医院2023年1月1日—2023年6月30日收治的50例宫外孕患者为研究对象,入选患者均接受腹腔镜手术、预防感染治疗。按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(常规护理+心理护理),每组各25例。对比两组患者心理状态、生活质量、护理满意度、术后并发症发生率。结果显示,护理后两组患者焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分均较护理前低,且观察组评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后两组患者各项生活质量评分均较护理前高,且观察组评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,结合宫外孕患者心理特点,给予心理护理,可改善其心理状态、生活质量,预防术后并发症,提高患者护理满意度。

Study the psychological characteristics and nursing intervention effects of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Fifty patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to Renhuai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2023 to June 30,2023 were selected as the study subjects.All selected patients underwent laparoscopic surgery and infection prevention treatment.Patients were divided into a control group(conventional nursing)and an observation group(conventional nursing+psychological nursing)using a random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.Compare the psychological status,quality of life,nursing satisfaction,and incidence of postoperative complications between two groups of patients.The results showed that after nursing,the anxiety(SAS)and depression(SDS)scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before nursing,and the observation group’s scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the quality of life scores of both groups of patients were higher than before nursing,and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that combining the psychological characteristics of ectopic pregnancy patients with psychological care can improve their psychological state,quality of life,prevent postoperative complications,and increase patient satisfaction with nursing.
