早期肠内营养护理干预对脑外伤昏迷患者营养状态的影响研究

A Study on the Impact of Early Enteral Nutrition Nursing Intervention on the Nutritional Status of Comatose Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury

摘要 研究将早期肠内营养护理干预应用于脑外伤昏迷患者的护理中,对于改善患者营养状态的影响。选取2020年1月—2022年1月甘肃医学院附属医院收治的80例脑外伤昏迷患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者接受常规营养护理,观察组患者接受早期肠内营养护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果显示,护理后,两组患者的营养指标水平均有所上升,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的各项免疫功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者家属对护理服务的总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,早期肠内营养护理干预可改善脑外伤昏迷患者的营养状态,优化患者的免疫功能指标,降低并发症的发生风险,患者对护理服务的满意度较高,值得临床应用推广。 Research on the application of early enteral nutrition intervention in the care of comatose patients with traumatic brain injury,and its impact on improving their nutritional status.Selecting 80 comatose patients with brain trauma admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu Medical College from January 2020 to January 2022 as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nutritional care,while the observation group received early enteral nutrition intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that after nursing,the nutritional index levels of both groups of patients increased,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the various immune function indicators of the observation group patients were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction of nursing services among the family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that early enteral nutrition intervention can improve the nutritional status of comatose patients with traumatic brain injury,optimize their immune function indicators,reduce the risk of complications,and increase patient satisfaction with nursing services,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
