The Impact of Negative Emotions on the Anesthesia Safety of Laparoscopic Myomectomy and Analysis of Intervention Strategies

分析不良情绪对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术麻醉安全性的影响,探讨具体干预对策。回顾性分析2022年1月—2022年12月于中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九八八医院(焦作院区)接受腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的101例患者的临床资料,根据患者术后是否出现麻醉相关不良事件将其分为合并组(21例)、未合并组(80例),分析不良情绪与麻醉相关不良反应发生率的关联及其对麻醉相关不良反应发生风险的预测效能,探讨具体干预对策。结果显示,SAS、SDS评分与腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术麻醉相关不良反应发生率呈显著正相关(P<0.05),SAS、SDS评分越高,患者发生麻醉相关不良反应的风险越大(AUC均>0.85)。研究发现,术前焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪可增加子宫肌瘤剔除术麻醉相关不良反应发生风险,术前全面评估患者心理状态,并予以针对性心理支持是提升麻醉安全性、降低手术风险的重要举措。

Analyze the impact of negative emotions on the anesthesia safety of laparoscopic myomectomy and explore specific intervention strategies.A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 101 patients who underwent laparoscopic uterine fibroid removal surgery at the 988th Hospital(Jiaozuo Hopital)of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Joint Logistics Support Force from January 2022 to December 2022.Based on whether the patients experienced anesthesia related adverse events after surgery,they were divided into a combined group(21 cases)and an unconjugated group(80 cases).The association between adverse emotions and the incidence of anesthesia related adverse reactions was analyzed,and the predictive effect on the risk of anesthesia related adverse reactions was explored.Specific intervention strategies were explored.The results showed a significant positive correlation(P<0.05)between SAS and SDS scores and the incidence of anesthesia related adverse reactions in laparoscopic myomectomy.The higher the SAS and SDS scores,the greater the risk of anesthesia related adverse reactions in patients(AUC>0.85).Research has found that adverse emotions such as preoperative anxiety and depression can increase the risk of adverse reactions related to anesthesia during uterine fibroid removal surgery.A comprehensive assessment of the patient’s psychological state before surgery and targeted psychological support are important measures to improve anesthesia safety and reduce surgical risks.
