个性化护理对神经根型颈椎病患者的护理效果观察

Observation on the Nursing Effect of Personalized Nursing for Patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

探究神经根型颈椎病患者护理工作中个性化护理的应用效果。选取2022年1月—2022年12月45例因神经根型颈椎病就诊的患者作为观察对象,采用随机抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组22例患者接受常规护理,观察组23例患者接受个性化护理。比较两组患者护理效果、症状评分、疼痛程度以及护理满意度方面的差异。结果显示,观察组患者护理总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者各项症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,对神经根型颈椎病患者采取个性化护理的护理效果比常规护理更好,能使患者颈肩疼痛、头晕、四肢麻木等症状得到有效缓解,患者对护理服务的满意度较高,值得推广。

Exploring the application effect of personalized nursing in the nursing work of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.45 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random drawing method.22 patients in the control group received routine care,while 23 patients in the observation group received personalized care.Compare the differences in nursing outcomes,symptom scores,pain levels,and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients.The results showed that the total effective rate of nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that personalized nursing for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy has a better nursing effect than conventional nursing.It can effectively alleviate symptoms such as neck and shoulder pain,dizziness,and numbness in the limbs.Patients have a higher satisfaction with nursing services and are worthy of promotion.
