用药指导对糖尿病患者用药安全和效果的影响研究

Study on the Influence of Medication Guidance on Medication Safety and Efficacy in Patients with Diabetes

分析在糖尿病患者日常治疗中开展用药指导对患者用药安全和效果的影响。选取凯里市第一人民医院2022年1月—2023年6月收治的80例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照双盲法将其平均分为对比组(常规指导)与分析组(用药指导),比较两组患者的生活质量、血糖水平、用药依从性、不良反应发生情况、用药满意度与治疗效果。结果显示,分析组患者的生活质量、用药依从性、满意度与总疗效等指标均显著优于对比组,分析组患者的血糖水平与用药后不良反应发生率显著低于对比组(P<0.05)。研究发现,加强糖尿病患者用药期间的指导,可有效提高患者用药依从性,控制患者血糖水平,降低患者不良反应发生率,优化治疗效果,值得临床进一步推广应用。

To analyze the influence of drug guidance in daily treatment of diabetes patients on drug safety and efficacy.Eighty patients with diabetes admitted to Kaili City First People’s Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group(routine guidance)and the analysis group(medication guidance)according to the double blind method.The quality of life,blood glucose level,medication compliance,adverse reactions,medication satisfaction and treatment effect of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the quality of life,medication compliance,satisfaction,and overall efficacy of the analysis group were significantly better than those of the control group.The blood glucose levels and incidence of adverse reactions after medication in the analysis group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that strengthening the guidance of diabetes patients during medication can effectively improve their medication compliance,control their blood sugar level,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,optimize the treatment effect,which is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
