白念珠菌线粒体呼吸途径研究进展

摘要 白念珠菌是侵袭性念珠菌病中最常见的致病菌。在对白念珠菌感染治疗过程中,许多临床分离菌对有限的抗真菌药物逐渐耐药,亟需发现和确定新的抗真菌靶点进而研发新药。线粒体是白念珠菌重要的细胞器,与众多生命活动有关,特别是线粒体呼吸途径关系到白念珠菌的能量供应。白念珠菌线粒体中存在3条呼吸途径,分别是经典呼吸链、交替氧化酶途径和平行电子传递链,其中交替氧化酶途径是其特有的,有望成为抗真菌药物新靶点。本文就白念珠菌3条呼吸途径研究进展进行综述。
