益气活血通脉汤治疗高血压伴动脉粥样硬化的疗效及对血脂、炎症介质的影响研究

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction on Hypertension with Atherosclerosis and Its Influence on Blood Lipids and Inflammatory Mediators

研究应用益气活血通脉汤治疗高血压伴动脉粥样硬化的疗效以及对患者血脂、炎症介质的影响。选取2022年2月—2023年5月96例高血压伴动脉粥样硬化患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和参照组,每组各48例。参照组采取常规西药治疗,而研究组则在参照组治疗基础上采用益气活血通脉汤治疗。比较两组疗效、血脂指标(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)、炎症介质指标(IL-6、PCT、CRP)。结果显示,研究组治疗总有效率明显高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组HDL-C水平高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的IL-6、PCT、CRP等炎性因子指标水平均低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,运用益气活血通脉汤治疗高血压伴动脉粥样硬化,可取得显著疗效,有利于改善患者血脂水平,减轻患者炎性反应,促进患者康复。

To study the therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction on hypertension with atherosclerosis and its effect on blood lipids and inflammatory mediators.96 patients with hypertension and atherosclerosis from February 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table,48 patients in each group.The reference group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the study group received Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Tang treatment on the basis of the reference group’s treatment.Compare the therapeutic effects,blood lipid indicators(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),and inflammatory mediator indicators(IL-6,PCT,CRP)between two groups.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,and LDL-C in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the HDL-C levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors such as IL-6,PCT,CRP,etc.in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the use of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of hypertension with atherosclerosis can achieve significant efficacy,which is conducive to improving the level of blood lipids in patients,reducing inflammatory reactions in patients,and promoting the recovery of patients.
