逆行髓内钉与锁定加压钢板治疗股骨远端骨折患者的临床效果研究

Retrograde Intramedullary Nail Versus Locking Compression Plate in Patients with Distal Femur Fracture Clinical Effect Studies

探究股骨远端骨折患者采用逆行髓内钉与锁定加压钢板治疗的临床价值。选取2021年2月—2023年2月修文县人民医院收治的76例股骨远端骨折患者为研究对象,依照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各38例。对照组使用锁定加压钢板手术方式治疗,观察组使用逆行髓内钉手术方式治疗。结果显示,对比围术期相关指标,观察组手术时间、住院时间以及完全负重时间较对照组更短,切口长度和术中出血量和对照组比较更小(P<0.05);对比治疗优良率,观察组总有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组膝关节屈曲度、膝关节功能评分、生活自理能力评分三项指标高于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有意义(P<0.05);对比并发症发生率,观察组比对照组低(P<0.05)。研究发现,针对股骨远端骨折患者临床治疗时采用逆行髓内钉术式较锁定加压钢板手术创伤更小,术后恢复快,治疗优良率高,术后并发症少,可有效改善患者膝关节功能,提高生活自理能力,值得推广。

To explore the clinical value of retrograde intramedullary nail and locking compression plate treatment in patients with distal femoral fracture.A total of 76 patients with distal femur fracture admitted to Xiuwen County People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with locking compression plate surgery,and the observation group was treated with retrograde intramedullary nail surgery.The results showed that compared with the perioperative related indicators,the operation time,hospital stay and complete weight-bearing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the incision length and intraoperative blood loss were smaller than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).and after treatment,the kneeflexion degree,knee function score and self-care ability score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the pain score was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).It was found that the use of retrograde intramedullary nail surgery for patients with distal femur fracture was less invasive than locking compression plate surgery,faster postoperative recovery,higher treatment rate,and fewer postoperative complications,which could effectively improve the patient's knee joint function and improve self-care ability,which is worthy of promotion.
