中医针刺结合正骨推拿治疗单纯性腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果分析

Clinical Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Combined with Orthopedic Massage in the Treatment of Simple Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

研究分析中医针刺结合正骨推拿治疗单纯性腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。选择2019年3月—2022年9月济南市中西医结合医院收治的80例单纯性腰椎间盘突出症患者为本次研究对象,将患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组采用常规的中医针刺治疗,对照组采用中医针刺结合正骨推拿治疗。对比两组患者疼痛指标、腰椎功能指标和临床疗效。结果显示,对照组患者治疗总有效率高于观察组(P<0.05);对照组患者VAS与PRI评分低于观察组(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组患者腰椎功能评分优于观察组(P<0.05)。研究发现,中医针刺结合正骨推拿治疗单纯性腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,能够有效减轻患者疼痛程度,改善患者腰椎功能,值得临床推广应用。

Study and analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with orthopedic massage in the treatment of simple lumbar disc herniation.80 patients with simple lumbar disc herniation admitted to Jinan Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from March 2019 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received conventional traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment,while the control group received traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with orthopedic massage treatment.Compare pain indicators,lumbar functional indicators,and clinical efficacy between two groups of patients.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the control group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05);The VAS and PRI scores of the control group were lower than those of the observation group(P<0.05);After treatment,the lumbar spine function score of the control group was better than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and orthopedic massage has a significant effect on the treatment of simple lumbar disc herniation,which can effectively reduce the degree of pain in patients and improve their lumbar function.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
