集束化护理应用于经鼻空肠管肠内营养治疗急性重症胰腺炎患者的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Bundle Nursing Applied in Enteral Nutrition Treatment of Patients with Acute Severe Pancreatitis through Nasal Jejunal Tube

探讨集束化护理应用于经鼻空肠管肠内营养治疗急性重症胰腺炎患者的效果。选取城阳区人民医院2022年2月—2023年9月收治的54例急性重症胰腺炎患者为研究对象,采用电脑双盲随机法将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组各27例。两组患者均接受经鼻空肠管肠内营养治疗,对照组经鼻空肠管肠内营养治疗期间实施常规护理,研究组经鼻空肠管肠内营养治疗期间实施集束化护理。比较两组患者营养摄入情况、APACHE-Ⅱ评分、治疗时间、ICU入住时间与总住院时间、喂养不耐受事件发生率、并发症发生率。结果显示,研究组营养摄入情况和APACHE-Ⅱ评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组相关时间指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组喂养不耐受事件发生率和并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,经鼻空肠管肠内营养治疗急性重症胰腺炎患者期间实施集束化护理可有效改善患者营养状态与病情,缩短治疗时间,降低喂养不耐受与并发症发生率。

To discuss the effectiveness of bundle care in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis patients with enteral nutrition via nasal jejunal tube.54 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to Qingdao Chengyang People’s Hospital from February 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a double-blind computer randomization method,with 27 cases in each group.Both groups of patients received enteral nutrition treatment via nasojejacual tube.The control group received routine care during the treatment,while the study group received bundled care during the treatment.Compare the nutritional intake,APACHE-II score,treatment time,ICU stay and total hospital stay,incidence of feeding intolerance events,and incidence of complications between two groups of patients.The results showed that the nutritional intake and APACHE-II score of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The relevant time indicators of the research group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of feeding intolerance events and total incidence of complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing bundled care during the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis patients with enteral nutrition via nasojejunostomic tube can effectively improve their nutritional status and condition,shorten treatment time,reduce feeding intolerance and incidence of complications.
