精细化护理干预对痔疮手术患者术后疼痛的影响研究

A Study on the Impact of Refined Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Pain in Patients Undergoing Hemorrhoid Surgery

研究精细化护理干预对痔疮手术患者术后疼痛的影响。选取佛山市南海区全科医院于2022年3月—2023年7月收治的60例痔疮手术患者为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)。对照组采用围手术期护理干预,观察组采用精细化护理干预。观察组术后1d、术后2d疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院前创面评分、创面愈合时间低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组膀胱残余尿量、排尿完全通畅时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各项生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,精细化护理干预对改善痔疮手术患者术后疼痛具有积极影响,因此精细化护理干预具有推广价值。

To study the effect of refined nursing intervention on postoperative pain in patients undergoing hemorrhoid surgery.Sixty hemorrhoid surgery patients admitted to Foshan Nanhai District General Hospital from March 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received perioperative nursing intervention,while the observation group received refined nursing intervention.The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group on the 1st and 2nd postoperative days(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The wound score and healing time of the observation group before discharge were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);The levels offibrinogen and D-dimer in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The residual urine volume and complete patency time of urination in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that refined nursing interventions have a positive impact on improving postoperative pain in patients undergoing hemorrhoid surgery,therefore refined nursing interventions have promotional value.
