摘要
电源电路的工作寿命决定了单机或整机的寿命,因此提出了一种采用基于敏感参数退化进行寿命预估的方法。首先,讨论了激活能对电源电路寿命预估的作用;然后,以电压基准电路、BUCK电路和线性稳压器3种不同类型的电源电路为实例,给出了寿命预测的试验方法和步骤,重点对试验数据处理、器件寿命方程和激活能进行了阐述。该方法可直接用于电源电路的寿命预估,具有一定的工程参考价值。
The lifetime of the power supply circuit determines the lifetime of stand-alone machine or the whole equipment.Therefore,a lifetime prediction method based on the degradation of sensitive parameters is proposed.Firstly,the role of activation energy in the lifetime prediction of the circuit is discussed.Then,taking voltage reference circuit,BUCK circuit and linear voltage regulator as examples,the test methods and steps of life prediction are given.The test data processing,device life equation and activation energy are mainly discussed.This method can be directly used to predict the life of power supply circuit,and has certain engineering reference value.
