Discussion on the Control of Peak Pressure Value in Battery Extrusion Test

汽车动力电池挤压测试中,挤压机生产厂家一般给出的挤压力是其设备的设定值,没有明确区分设定挤压力和挤压力峰值的不同。实际测试中,客户和测试实验室都需要了解测试过程中设定的挤压力数值和挤压力峰值,以及其对应测试力值的电池测试情况。因此,对动力电池挤压测试中的挤压力进行了研究,明确提出了电池挤压力设置值和测试挤压力峰值的不同概念和实际意义。

In the extrusion test of automobile power battery,the extrusion pressure generally given by the extrusion press manufacturer is the set value of its equipment,and the difference between the extrusion pressure set value and the extrusion pressure peak value is not clearly.In the actual test,both the customer and the test laboratory need to know the extrusion pressure set value and the extrusion pressure peak value during the test,as well as the battery test situation corresponding to the test force value.Therefore,the extrusion pressure in the extrusion test of power battery is studied,and the different concepts and practical significance of the battery extrusion pressure setting value and the test extrusion pressure peak value are put forward clearly.
