基于NIC护理活动事件抽取模型的护理评价系统

A nursing evaluation system based on NIC nursing activity event extraction model

针对以护理目标达成与否的描述性护理评价的局限性,通过衡量NIC护理活动标准术语与临床护理活动记录的语义匹配度来开展护理评价。首先基于框架设计出NIC护理活动事件模式层,包括16种护理活动事件类型以及13种论元角色,并基于NIC护理活动文本训练出护理活动事件抽取模型EE_GAT_BLN,具有良好的触发词与论元的位置感知,以及处理重叠事件等特殊事件场景的能力。接着研发基于NIC护理活动事件抽取模型的护理评价系统NES-NICAEE。NES-NICAEE能开展基于级联和基于自然语言的NIC护理活动事件检索,能抽取临床护理活动文本,在事件层面上进行临床护理活动记录与NIC标准护理活动文本的语义匹配,从而实现护理评价。并且,NES-NICAEE还能展示出不匹配的事件元素,指导护士发现临床护理活动记录的缺失情况,提高护士书写临床护理记录的规范和效率,推动护理信息化建设。

In response to the limitations of descriptive nursing evaluation based on the achievement of nursing goals,nursing evaluation was carried out by measuring the semantic matching degree between NIC standard terms of nursing activities and clinical nursing activity records.Firstly,a NIC nursing activity event pattern layer is designed based on the framework,including 16 kinds of nursing activity events and 13 kinds of argument roles.And nursing activity event extraction model EE_GAT_BLN is trained based on NIC nursing activity text,which has a good location perception of trigger words and arguments,and the ability to handle special event scenarios such as overlapping events.Then,a nursing evaluation system NES-NICAEE based on the NIC nursing activity event extraction model is developed.NES-NICAEE can conduct NIC nursing activity event retrieval based on cascading and natural language,extract clinical nursing activity texts,and conduct semantic matching between clinical nursing activity records and NIC standard nursing activity texts at the event level,so as to achieve nursing evaluation.Moreover,NES-NICAEE can also display the mismatched event elements,guide nurses to identify the absence of clinical nursing activity records,improve the standardization and efficiency of nurses'writing of clinical nursing records,and promote the construction of nursing informatization.
