摘要
目的:优化医疗资源配置,提升医疗服务质量和效率,以大数据、物联网等技术为基础,使用信息化技术整合医院相关后勤管理运行系统的各项资源和数据,提高医院后勤管理的智慧化监管能力。方法:实行“物联网+SPD”管理模式,通过搭建一体化信息平台,使用基于RFID技术的智能设备,对体外诊断试剂进行一体化智慧管理。结果:实施院内特色智慧管理之后,试剂库存及运营成本显著降低,优化了工作流程,提高了物资管理状态可视化水平,提升了廉政风险防范能力。结论:“物联网+SPD”管理模式为实现全试剂的精益化、数字化、智能化管理奠定了基础,有利于后勤管理部门进行监督、管控以及数据获取,提高后勤服务的智慧化监管水平。
Objective To optimize the allocation of medical resources,improve the quality and efficiency of medical services,based on big data,IoT(Internet of Things)and other technologies,use information technology to integrate various resources and the data of hospital logistics management and operation system,and to improve the intelligent supervision capability of hospital logistics management.Methods The management model of"IoT+SPD"was implemented,and by building an integrated information platform and using intelligent devices based on RFID technology,an integrated intelligent management of in vitro diagnostic reagents was carried out.Results After the implementation of in-hospital featured smart management,the reagent inventory and operating costs were significantly reduced,the workflow was optimized,the visualization level of material management was improved,and the risk prevention ability of clean governance was enhanced.Conclusion The"Internet of Things+SPD"management model can lay the foundation for the lean,digital and intelligent management of all reagents,which is conducive to the supervision,control and data acquisition by logistics management departments,and can improve the intelligent supervision level of logistics services.
