OBE理念视域下的高职院校思政实践课程内容设计及其考核评价体系

Content Design of Ideological-Political Practice Curriculum and Its Assessment and Evaluation System in Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of OBE Concept

基于OBE理念审视高职院校思政实践课程,存在教学内容设计缺乏科学理念指导,评价目的不明确、评价过程不精准、评价指标涣散、评价结果难以可视化度量等问题。以OBE教育理念为指导,思政实践教学内容设计应聚焦于学生核心素养和能力的培养,厘清课堂教学内容与实践形式的对应关系,探索课堂内容与实践内容的有效结合方式。加强教师对实践教学的组织方式、记录方式、引导方式的评价;注重对学生的过程评价、现场评价、感受评价维度,把在线同伴互评作为实践教学学生评价的有益方式。在实践成果评价中,加强实践成果的过程性评价和理论知识运用评价体系建设。

Based on the OBE concept to examine the political education practice curriculum in vocational colleges,there are problems such as the lack of scientific conceptual guidance in the design of teaching content,unclear evaluation objectives,imprecise evaluation process,scattered evaluation indicators,and difficulty in visualizing and measuring the evaluation results.Guided by the concept of OBE education,the design of political education practical teaching content should focus on the cultivation of students’core competencies and abilities,clarify the correspondence between classroom teaching content and practical forms,and explore effective ways of combining classroom content and practical content.Strengthen the evaluation of teachers on the organization,recording,and guidance methods of practical teaching;pay attention to the dimensions of process evaluation,on-site evaluation,and sensory evaluation for students,and use online peer evaluation as a beneficial way to evaluate students in practical teaching.In the evaluation of practical achievements,strengthen the process evaluation of practical achievements and the construction of an evaluation system for the application of ideological and political theory knowledge.
