摘要 根据TRIZ理论将钢液的熔化和合金化两个过程分离在不同的工序阶段,采用EAF+LF+VOD+LF的冶炼流程,以ZG04Cr13Ni4Mo材料为例,介绍了冶炼工艺过程,并获得化学成分合格、钢液夹杂物达到细系1级,全氧含量小于60 ppm,氮含量小于50 ppm,氢含量小于2 ppm的合格产品。 According to the TRIZ theory,the melting and alloying processes of steel were separated in different working stages.The smelting process of EAF+LF+VOD+LF was adopted,and the smelting process of ZG04Cr13Ni4Mo was introduced.The qualified products were obtained with qualified chemical composition,inclusions of liquid steel reaching fine series 1,total oxygen content less than 60 ppm,nitrogen content less than 50 ppm,hydrogen content less than 2 ppm.
