医学院校课堂教学教师自我评价与学生感知的一致性研究

Research on the Consistency between Self-evaluation of Teachers in Classroom Teaching and Students'Perception in Medical Colleges

摘要 采用便利抽样法,选取某本科医学院校86名教师以及86名学生,采用一般资料问卷、医学院校教师课堂教学评价问卷对纳入的教师和学生进行调查,比较两者的结果,探讨其一致性。研究表明,教师存在高估自己课堂教学表现的情况,尤其在教学内容、教学方法和教学效果方面,缺乏对学生创新能力、独立思考等素质培养的关注。各医学院校应考虑将学生感知作为常规数据采集,以促进学生参与决策,改善教学质量。 To select 86 teachers and 86 students with convenience sampling method from certain undergraduate medical college were surveyed by the General Information Questionnaire,Classroom Teaching Evaluation of Medical College Teachers,comparing the results of the two and exploring their consistency.Research has shown that teachers overestimate their classroom teaching performance,especially in terms of teaching content,teaching methods,and teaching effectiveness,lacking attention to cultivating students'innovative abilities,independent thinking,and other qualities.Medical colleges should pay more attention to students'perceptions as routine data collection to promote students'participation in decision-making,so as to improve teaching quality.
