摘要
采用方便抽样法,对遵义市某“三甲”医院实习的149名护生进行问卷调查,用SPSS 27.0对数据进行统计分析,以探讨实习护生人文关怀能力现状及影响因素。研究显示,实习护生的人文关怀能力处于中等水平,实习科室的人文氛围、学校教师的关心以及人文护理相关培训是影响护生人文关怀能力的主要因素。建议学校、医院及临床科室积极营造良好的人文关怀氛围,注重学校教师对护生的人文关怀,加强人文关怀相关培训,通过多元化途径潜移默化地提高护生的人文关怀能力。
Convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 149 nursing students who interned at a Grade A hospital in Zunyi City.SPSS 27.0 was used to statistically analyze the data.To explore the status and influencing factors of humanistic care ability among nursing students.Research shows that nursing interns'humanistic care ability is at middle level,as well as the humanistic atmosphere of the internship department,the care of teachers,and humanistic nursing related training are the main factors affecting the humanistic care ability of nursing students.It is recommended that schools,hospitals,and clinical departments actively create a good atmosphere of humanistic care,pay attention to the humanistic care of school teachers for nursing students,strengthen training related to humanistic care,and subtly improve the humanistic care ability of nursing students through diversified channels.
