新疆农村订单定向全科医生岗位胜任力现状分析

Analysis on Status of Post Competency of Order Oriented General Practitioners in Rural Areas of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

目的探讨新疆乡镇卫生院自2010年到2017年毕业且回到签约单位工作的农村订单定向全科医生的岗位胜任力情况。方法通过便利抽样的方法抽取新疆乡镇卫生院自2010年到2017年毕业且回到签约单位工作的农村订单定向全科医生,被抽取到的农村订单定向全科医生通过下发的问卷进行岗位胜任力自评。结果农村订单定向全科医生岗位胜任力总均分为(2.97±0.460)分。其中平均分最高的是职业精神与个人特质能力,最低的是医学知识与终身学习能力。不同性别、年龄、职业发展机会是影响农村订单定向全科医生岗位胜任力的因素(P<0.05)。结论新疆农村订单定向全科医生的岗位胜任力处于中上水平,提高其岗位胜任力可以从落实相关政策、优化培养方案、加强宣传、打破传统观念、改善带教形式、定期体检、增设更好的岗位上着手改善。

Objective To explore the post competency of rural order oriented general practitioners who graduated from township health centers in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2010 to 2017 and returned to the contracted units for work.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select rural order oriented general practitioners who graduated from township health centers in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2010 to 2017 and returned to the contracted units for work.The selected rural order oriented general practitioners were self-evaluated for their post competency through a questionnaire issued.Results The overall average score of competency for rural order oriented general practitioners was(2.97±0.460).The highest average score is for professional spirit and personal trait ability,while the lowest is for medical knowledge and lifelong learning ability.Gender,age,and career development opportunities are factors that affect the competency of rural order oriented general practitioners(P<0.05).Conclusion The post competency of order oriented general practitioners in rural areas is at a middle to high level Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Improving their post competency can be achieved by implementing relevant policies,optimizing training programs,strengthening publicity,breaking traditional concepts,improving teaching methods,conducting regular physical examinations,and creating better positions.
