体医融合模式下健康管理监测系统在社区老年人中的应用

Application of Health Management Monitoring System in Community Elderly under the Integration of Sports and Medicine Model

为分析体医融合模式下健康管理监测系统在社区老年人中的应用效果,选取2023年3—6月咸阳市某社区日间照料中心、老年大学、老年人活动中心、智慧养老中心等服务机构的80名社区老年人为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规干预,试验组给予体医融合模式下健康管理监测干预,比较干预前后的血压、脉搏、呼吸、心率、慢性病管理自我效能感、健康促进生活方式、生活质量和满意度。研究显示,体医融合模式下健康管理监测系统可提升社区老年人慢性病管理自我效能感,改善老年人的生活方式,提高生活质量。

To analyze the application effect of the health management monitoring system in the integration of sports and medicine model on the elderly in the community,80 elderly from a community day care center,senior university,elderly activity center,smart elderly care center and other service institutions in Xianyang City from March to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group with random number table method.The control group received routine intervention,while the experimental group received health management monitoring intervention under the integration of physical and medical education.Blood pressure,pulse,respiration,heart rate,self-efficacy in chronic disease management,health promotion lifestyle,life quality,and satisfaction were compared before and after the intervention.Research shows that the health management monitoring system under the integration of sports and medicine can enhance the self-efficacy of chronic disease management among elderly in the community,improve their lifestyle,and enhance their life quality.
