以党的政治建设统领高校育人工作:价值、现状与路径

摘要 高校是党的政治建设的重要阵地,做好高校党建工作可以确保“为谁培养人”的正确方向、锚定“培养什么人”的目标定位、拓展“怎样培养人”的路径方式。党的十八大以来,高校党的政治建设显著加强,统领育人工作取得明显成效,但分析近年高校巡视情况发现,部分高校以党的政治建设统领高校育人工作还存在一些不足。新时代新征程,应该进一步强化政治领导,坚持高校育人的正确方向;坚定政治信仰,筑牢高校育人的思想根基;提高政治能力,强化高校育人主体的作用;涵养政治生态,优化高校育人环境。 Universities are an important battlefield for the political construction of CPC.The political construction of CPC in universities has important educational value,which can ensure the correct direction of cultivating people for whom,anchor the goal positioning of cultivating what kind of people,and expand the path of how to cultivate people.Since the 18th National Congress of CPC,the political construction of CPC in universities has been greatly strengthened,and leading education work has achieved significant results.At the same time,analyzing the feedback from the political inspections of 31 national universities and 40 Henan provincial universities,it can be seen that there are still gaps in the political construction of CPC in universities in terms of political leadership,political beliefs,political abilities,and political ecology.In the new era and new journey,we should further strengthen political leadership and stabilize the correct direction of university education,strengthen political beliefs and establish a solid ideological foundation for educating students in universities.We should improve political ability and consolidate the subject foundation of university education,cultivate political ecology and optimize the environmental atmosphere for educating students in universities.
