基于层次分析法的旋翼系统安全评估方法

摘要 随着时代的进步,直升机旋翼系统逐渐向多元化发展,对直升机旋翼系统的需求也越来越复杂多样,为了满足这些不同的功能和设计要求,就需要不断对原有的旋翼结构进行优化改进,而在这个过程中保障旋翼系统安全性就显得尤为重要。因此,对于旋翼系统安全性风险评估就成了设计者需要解决的首要问题。为此,基于我国直升机行业发展的基本国情,以某直升机型旋翼系统的基本构型为例,提出了一种基于层次分析法(AHP)的旋翼系统安全性评估方法。该方法是在方案设计阶段,根据旋翼系统的各组成结构特点将旋翼系统分解到影响安全性元素的最底层,然后计算出各影响元素对决策层的影响因子,进而利用模糊理论评估出旋翼系统整体安全性情况,为之后外场试飞提供了保障前提,同时也为直升机设计人员进行旋翼系统安全性分析提供了参考。 With the progress of the times,the helicopter rotor system has gradually diversified,and the demand for helicopter rotor system is becoming more and more complex.In order to meet these different functions and design requirements,it is necessary to continuously optimize and improve the original rotor structure,and in this process,it is particularly important to ensure the safety of the rotor system.Therefore,the safety risk assessment of the rotor system has become the first issue that designers need to solve.For this reason,based on the basic conditions of the development of helicopter industry in China,a safety assessment method of rotor system based on analytic hierarchy method(AHP)is proposed by taking the basic configuration of a helicopter rotor system as an example.In the scheme design stage,the rotor system is decomposed into the bottom layer of the elements affecting safety according to the structural characteristics of the rotor system,and then the influencing factors of each influence element on the decision-making layer are calculated,and then the overall safety of the rotor system is evaluated by fuzzy theory,which provides a guarantee premise for the subsequent field test flight,and also provides a reference for helicopter designer to analyze the safety of the rotor system.
