Reshaping the endogenous development model:theoretical and practical choices for empowering farm⁃ers and rural prosperity through local culture

推进全体人民共同富裕,全面建设社会主义现代化国家,最艰巨最繁重的任务仍然在农村。乡土文化是推动实现农民农村共同富裕的重要根基,但文化发展也是乡村发展的弱项。乡土文化赋能农民农村共同富裕的关键在于塑造“人”,乡土文化的多元功能属性与人的全面发展高度契合,可以通过构建“乡土文化+人”联动框架,剖析乡土文化赋能农民农村共同富裕的理论机理。然而,乡土文化赋能面临着人口、文化等方面的难题,为充分发挥乡土文化推动农民农村共同富裕的赋能作用,需在增强农民主体地位、促进城乡文化协同发展、优化乡土文化再生环境等方面下功夫,重塑乡村社会内生发展模式。

To promote common prosperity for all the people and comprehensively build a modern socialist country still faces the most arduous and challenging tasks in rural areas.Local culture serves as an important foundation for achieving common prosperi-ty for farmers and rural areas,but cultural development also remains a weak link in rural development.The key to empowering farmers and achieving rural prosperity through local culture lies in shaping the"individual".The diverse functional attributes of lo-cal culture are highly compatible with comprehensive development of individuals.The theoretical mechanism of empowering farmers and rural prosperity can be analyzed by constructing the linkage framework of"local culture+individuals".However,the empowerment of local culture faces challenges in terms of population and culture.In order to give full play to the empowering role of local culture in promoting common prosperity for farmers and rural areas,and reshape the endogenous development model,ef-forts should be made to enhance the status of farmers,promote coordinated urban-rural cultural development,and optimize the en-vironment for the regeneration of local culture.
