课程思政建设视域下高职院校教务管理创新思考

摘要 高职院校全面推进课程思政建设离不开教务管理创新。教务管理创新是落实立德树人任务的必然要求,是推进课程思政建设的客观需要,是深化“三教”改革的重要途径,是教务服务提质增效的有效切入。教务管理创新应以“以人为本”“全面系统”“协同联动”“入微入味”为原则,通过创新顶层设计、推进方法、培训形式、教学管理以及评价体系等,促使课程思政建设全员参与、全程覆盖、全方位开展。 Ideological and political education in the curriculum cannot be promoted by higher vocational colleges without the innovative management of educational administration.In addition to being an essential element in supporting the development of ideological and political education,innovation in educational administration is also a practical way to advance the ideological and political construction of curricula,which is a key means of advancing the"three teaching elements"reform and a practical means of raising the standard and effectiveness of educational administration services.Through innovative top-level design,promotion methods,training forms,teaching management,and evaluation systems,educational administration management innovation should take the principles of"people-oriented""comprehensive system"and"coordination and cooperation"as its guiding principles and promote the total involvement,whole coverage,and overall development of curriculum ideological and political education.
