中医药治疗反复胚胎种植失败的现代研究进展

Modern research progress on traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of recurrent implantation failure

反复胚胎种植失败(RIF)是当今生殖医学研究的热点和难点问题,通过中医药辨证论治,取得较好疗效。文章将中医对RIF的认识从病因病机、中药及针灸治法方面进行梳理,总结RIF的主要病机为“本虚标实”,治法上补虚泻实,治疗上针药并用。现将近年来中医认识、治疗该病的相关文献综述如下,为今后RIF的治疗提供更多思路。

Recurrent implantation failure is a hot and difficult problem in reproductive medicine today,and it can be treated with good efficacy through treatment based on syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.In this paper,the understanding of recurrent implantation failure in Chinese medicine is sorted out in terms of etiology and pathogenesis,traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture treatment,and it is concluded that the main pathogenesis of recurrent implantation failure is“deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality”.The treatments of this disease are reinforcing insufficiency and reducing excessiveness,and the therapies are acupuncture and herbs.The following is a summary of recent literature on the traditional Chinese medicine understanding and treatment of this condition,aiming to provide more insights for the management of recurrent implantation failure in the future.
