数字乡村背景下会计专业群建设的“三教”协同模式探索

摘要 数字技术为巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果提供更加有力支撑,随着我国数字乡村建设的深入推进,对数字化人才的需求日益增长。高校在会计专业群建设过程中,要构建以大数据与会计专业为核心、大数据与财务管理专业为主干、财税大数据应用专业为延伸的智慧型财经类专业群。同时,创新人才培养模式,优化教师人才队伍建设,充分发挥高校在培养乡村数字化人才队伍方面的重要作用。 Digital technology provides more powerful support for consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation.With the deepening of China's digital rural construction,the demand for digital talents is increasing.In the process of building an accounting professional group,universities should build a smart financial professional group with big data and accounting as the core,big data and financial management as the backbone,and finance and tax big data application as the extension.At the same time,innovative talent cultivation models should be innovated,and the construction of teacher talent teams should be optimized to fully play the important role of universities in cultivating rural digital talent teams.
