摘要
为了提升服装公司人力资源管理的效果,综合运用调查研究和理论分析的方法,文章深入剖析服装公司人力资源管理中所面临的核心问题,诸如员工流动性强、员工满意度偏低、招聘及培训成本高昂等。研究结果显示,作为人力资源密集型的服装行业,人力资源管理对公司的长远发展具有举足轻重的作用。通过转变管理思路、革新激励机制等精细化优化策略,可以有效增强服装企业的核心竞争力与持续发展动力,为整个服装行业的繁荣与进步贡献积极力量。
In order to enhance the effectiveness of human resources management in garment companies,a comprehensive approach integrating investigative research and theoretical analysis is employed.The article delves deeply into the core issues faced in human resources management within garment companies,such as high employee turnover,low employee satisfaction,and exorbitant recruitment and training costs.The research findings indicate that,as a human resource-intensive industry,the human resources management issues within the garment sector hold significant importance for the long-term development of companies.By embracing a shift in management paradigms and innovating incentive mechanisms,finely tuned optimization strategies can effectively enhance the core competitiveness and sustained development momentum of garment enterprises,thus contributing positively to the prosperity and advancement of the entire garment industry.
