皮肤吸附静电喷雾载药微球的制备及其吸附性能研究

摘要 为了开发一种促进伤口愈合的新型生物医用敷料,利用静电喷雾技术制备了三种载药微球.采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱、亲疏水性测试等表征了微球的形貌、结构、湿润性能,结果表明三种微球的最适合负载药物的浓度:1%浓度聚乳酸(PLA),3%浓度丙烯酸树脂(PAR),1%浓度的壳聚糖(CS),三种微球均具有良好的润湿性和包封效果.通过皮肤吸附性实验表明,可以定性分析微球确实吸附在皮肤表面,进一步模拟自然环境下微球损失率的测定,定量说明了微球在皮肤表面的黏附情况. In order to develop a novel biomedical dressing to promote wound healing,three types of drug-loaded microspheres were prepared using electrostatic spraying technology.Scanning electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,and hydrophilicity test were used to characterize the morphology,structure,and wetting properties of the microspheres,and the results showed that the three microspheres had the most suitable concentrations for loading drugs:1%concentration of polylactic acid(PLA),3%concentration of acrylic resin(PAR),and 1%concentration of chitosan(CS),and that the three microspheres had good wetting and encapsulation effects.The skin adsorption experiments showed that the microspheres could be qualitatively analyzed to be indeed adsorbed on the skin surface,and further simulated the determination of microsphere loss rate in the natural environment,which quantitatively illustrated the adhesion of the microspheres on the skin surface.
