摘要
由于风电、光伏等新能源发电具有间歇性、波动性、随机性,大规模的新能源并网将对电力系统频率的一次调整带来较大的影响,传统的电力系统电力电量平衡已不能完全适应新型电力系统的特点。本文提出基于电力系统频率一次调整模式下的电力电量平衡方法,尝试解决新型电力系统的电力电量平衡问题。
As wind and photovoltaic electricity shows intermittency,volatility and randomness,incorporation of new energy will effect the balance of power consumption significantly.Traditional method cannot be completely adapted to power system with high-penetration renewable electricity.This article propose a method based on power system primary frequency control,to solve problems on the balance of power consumption with highpenetration renewable electricity.
