摘要
以某市大型地下智慧车库AGV示范区为例,从AGV选型及工艺流程设计两个方面,完整地论述了AGV的设计应用。此外还重点分析了AGV运行的微观流程及高峰情况下的连续存取车时间,并提出基于排队理论的系统运行效率评估方法,为泊车房数量和预约车位数的测算提供理论依据,可作为其他类似工程参考实例。
This paper takes a large underground smart parking garage of a city as an example.From two aspects of the type selection and process design of AGV,the design and application of AGV are completely discussed.In addition,the paper also focuses on analyzing the micro-flow of AGV transportation and the continuous access time under peak conditions,and puts forward the system operation efficiency assessment method based on queuing theory,which provides a theoretical basis for the calculation of the number of parking rooms and the number of reserved spaces,and can be used as a reference example for other similar projects.
