摘要
新冠疫情暴发以来,传统的高等教育国际化模式面临巨大挑战,研究后疫情时代高校“在地国际化”教育,对促进我国国际化人才培养具有十分重要的意义。地方高等院校开展“在地国际化”教育中存在如何有效利用国外优质教育资源、国际化教学师资等困境。文章通过国际优质教育资源与高校本土优质教育资源实现有机融合、现代信息技术与国际化教育有效融合、借助线上和线下相结合“两路径”的方式,加强课程国际化、教学国际化、师资国际化、教育环境国际化建设,并构建多主体参与的“在地国际化”教学质量保障机制,促进地方高校“在地国际化”教育开展。
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19,the traditional mode of internationalization of higher education has faced enormous challenges.It is of great significance to study the “Internationalization at Home”(IaH) education of universities in the post-epidemic era in order to promote the cultivation of international talents in China.There are some difficulties,such as the effective utilization of foreign high-quality educational resources and international teaching staff in the implementation of IaH education local universities.So,local universities can strengthen the construction of curriculum internationalization,teaching internationalization,teacher internationalization,and educational environment internationalization by integrating international high quality educational resources with local high quality educational resources,and integrating modern information technology with international education,through the online and offline paths.They also need to build a multi-subject participation IaH education quality assurance mechanism,to promote the implementation of IaH education.
