新时代背景下高校学风建设路径研究

摘要 新时代的高校是培养社会主义创新型人才的主要阵地,担负着为党育人、为国育才的重要使命。随着对外开放和对内深化改革的不断推进,高校学风建设也面临着严峻的挑战。文章主要研究如何将积极进取、刻苦好学、团结协助、无私奉献等精神融入大学生的学风建设和思想政治教育中,在学生中树立榜样模范,教导学生学会学习、自主学习、服务社会、奉献社会。与此同时,通过“三个课堂”实现全方位育人,将严于律己、求真务实融入教师的科研工作中,引导教师诚信科研、为人师表。最后,构建“五育并举”新平台,将勇于创新精神融入高校学风建设的管理和制度建设中,有针对性地创新高校学风建设制度,改进高校管理模式。 Colleges and universities in the new era are the main battlefield for cultivating socialist innovative talents,and assume the important mission of educating people for the Party and the country.With the continuous advancement of opening up to the outside world and deepening reforms internally,the academic style construction in colleges and universities is also facing severe challenges.The paper mainly studies how to integrate the spirit of positivity,studiousness,solidarity and assistance,and selfless dedication into the academic style construction and ideological and political construction of college students,establish role models among students,and teach students to learn to learn,learn independently,serve the society,and contribute to the society.At the same time,allround education is achieved through the “three classrooms”,and strict self-discipline,truth-seeking and pragmatism are integrated into teachers' scientific research work,guiding teachers to conduct scientific research with integrity and serve as role models.Finally,a new platform of “simultaneous development of five educations” is built,and the spirit of the courage to innovate should be integrated into the management and institutional construction of academic style construction in colleges and universities,so as to innovate the system of academic style construction in colleges and universities in a targeted manner,and improve the management mode.
