“双高”建设背景下高职院校学生知识产权课程建设与实践——以中山火炬职业技术学院知识产权培训课程建设为例

在“双高”建设背景下,中山火炬职业技术学院积极推进知识产权培训课程建设,以培养具有高水平和“走出去”能力的知识产权人才为目标,为中山市、广东省乃至我国知识产权制度建设领域输送大量人才。该课程采用理论培训与实践培训相结合的方式,组织形式灵活多样,包括课堂教学、案例分析、实践操作等环节,旨在提高学生的综合素质和创新能力。该文介绍了该课程的培养目标、课程内容与组织形式、课程特色与实施效果以及实施过程中遇到的问题,提出了解决策略和建议。

In the context of “double high” construction,Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic actively promotes the construction of the intellectual property training course,with the goal of cultivating intellectual property talents with high levels and “going global” capabilities,and providing a large number of talents in the field of intellectual property institutional construction for Zhongshan City,Guangdong Province and even the country.Based on a combination of theoretical training and practical training,the organizational forms of the course are flexible and diverse,including classroom teaching,case analysis,practical operation,etc.,aiming to improve students' comprehensive quality and innovation ability.This paper introduces the training objectives,course content and organizational form,course characteristics and implementation effects of the course,as well as problems encountered during the implementation process,and proposes problem-solving strategies and suggestions.
