云州区黄花菜产业发展现状及对策

Development Status and Countermeasures of Hemerocallis citrina Industry in Yunzhou District of Datong City

立足云州区黄花菜产业的生产实践,从生产情况、产品销售、龙头企业、品牌建设、产业融合等5个方面,对黄花菜产业的发展现状进行了分析,指出了现阶段所面临的劳动力成本过高、品种结构单一、劳动力素质偏低、行业竞争激烈、市场信息不对称等问题,提出了提高机械化程度、优化品种结构、强化农民队伍、打造国际知名品牌、提升组织化程度等。

Based on the production practice of Hemerocallis citrina industry in Yunzhou District,this paper analyzed the develop‐ment status of the industry from five aspects:production,product sales,leading enterprises,brand building and industrial integration,and pointed out the problems faced by the industry at this stage,such as high labor cost,single variety structure,low labor quality,fierce industry competition,and asymmetric market information.Therefore,a series of countermeasures and suggestions for the de‐velopment of Hemerocallis citrina industry were put forward,such as improving the degree of mechanization,optimizing the variety structure,strengthening the farmer team,building international well-known brands,and enhancing the degree of organization.
