摘要
在竞争日趋激烈的工程项目建设市场中,企业要想巩固核心地位赢得未来的市场,获得高利润且能健康、持续性经营,要不断改善精益经营管理的企业环境,可通过精益化手段严格控制项目成本。通过精益管理工作,确保企业的成本管理工作进入标准化、信息化、智能化轨道。文章从预算管理、成本控制流程、绩效考核管理等方面开展实施精益化改造,从而实现项目成本管理精益化。
In the increasingly competitive engineering project construction market,in order to consolidate the core position to win the future market,obtain high profits and healthy and sustainable operation,enterprise should constantly improve the environment of lean operation and management,and strictly control the project cost through lean means.Through lean management,to ensure that the cost management of enterprises into the standardization,information,intelligent track.This paper carries out lean transformation from budget management,cost control process,performance appraisal management and other aspects to achieve lean project cost management.
