摘要
针对材料物理专业学生创新意识不强、创新能力不高、创业思维不明和创业实践能力不足等问题,通过强化思创融合、细化专创融合、优化科创融合和深化产创融合开展人才培养模式的构建和实践,增强学生的创新意识、创新能力、创业思维、创业实践能力,真正实现创新创业教育贯穿到材料物理专业人才培养的全过程,践行地方高校人才培养与区域产业、经济发展同向同行,着力加快“新工科”人才培养,同时能够为其他专业提供借鉴意义。
Aiming at solving the problems of students majoring in materials physics,such as weak innovation consciousness,low innovation ability,unclear entrepreneurial thinking and insufficient entrepreneurial practice ability,this study carries out the construction and practice of training mode by strengthening the integration of creativity and innovation,refining the integration of specialized innovation,optimizing the integration of science and innovation,and deepening the integration of production and innovation,so as to improve students’innovation consciousness,innovation ability,entrepreneurial thinking and entrepreneurial practice ability.As well as to realize the innovation and entrepreneurship education runs through the whole process of talent training for materials physics majors that contributes to promote the talent training of local colleges and regional industrial and economic development into the same direction,solving the problem of “new engineering”talent training,and providing reference for other majors.
