摘要
采用水下生产系统开发的航路油田,需要保持航行船舶吃水深度的要求,将水下生产系统设施最高点限制在海床高度以下。通过对水下沉箱水下管汇设计方案、沉箱内设备布置、清管通球、潜水员安全操作需求等因素研究,设计了一套适用于浅水水下沉箱生产系统的水下总体布置方案。
Navigation routes oil fields development project adopts subsea production system(SPS)need to meet the requirement of draft depth of vessels,and limit the highest point of SPS facilities below the seabed.A overall layout schemes suitable for shallow water caisson production systems has been designed by studying factors such as the design scheme of subsea manifold,equipment layout inside the caisson,PIG cleaning,and safety operation requirements of divers.
