摘要
在“拔尖计划2.0”下,开放实验室为物理学基础学科拔尖学生构建异质化课程体系提供了实践场所,开放实验室安全规范管理对实验教学质量提升和构建拔尖人才培养平台起着保障作用。结合物理开放实验室特点和管理现状,从开放实验室制度、实验室环境及实验室安全资源管理等方面,探讨具有物理学科特色、适应开放实验室运行的安全管理措施,并且在实验教学中实施。实践表明,开放实验室安全管理与普通教学实验室安全管理既有联系又有自身特点,并且在发挥劳动育人功能方面有自身优势。通过实践,相关措施的实施规范了实验室人的行为、实验设备的状态、实验环境的安全等,保障了实验教学的开展。
Under the“Top-notch Plan 2.0”,the open laboratory provides a practical place for constructing a heterogeneous curriculum system.The standardized management of laboratory safety plays a guarantee role in supporting the improvement of experimental teaching quality and building an effective platform.Combined with the characteristics and management status of physical open laboratory,the paper explores security management measures that have characteristics of physics and adapt to the operation of open laboratories from the aspects of open laboratory system management,laboratory environment management,and laboratory security resource management,and practices in experimental teaching.The research shows that the safety management of open laboratory not only is related to the safety management of ordinary experimental teaching laboratories,but also has its own characteristics,and has natural advantages in playing the role of labor education.Through practice,the implementation of relevant measures has standardized the behavior of laboratory personnel,the status of experimental equipment,the safety of the experimental environment,etc.,which ensures the development of experimental teaching.
